Our team recently visited University of Michigan- Camp Michitanki, which is a camp for pediatric transplant patients to lead host one of our very impactful “circle of Hope” sessions for their “Leaders in Training (LIT’s) group. We spoke on various topics such as the importance of goal setting and their overall transition to adult care.
