YNOTT? BRIGHTEN A CHILD’S DAY
This is a patient support program that Inspires and Encourages pediatric transplant patients (Pre & Post) to stay motivated on accomplishing their goals and attaining their dreams, no matter what obstacles or adversities they may face; The program also coaches youth to remain compliant with their health care team’s recommendations (taking medications properly, monitoring diets, etc.). Our program instills in them a positive outlook on their health conditions.
YNOTT? CONNECT PATIENT AND FAMILY SUPPORT SITE
Provides a support system for pediatric transplant patients and their families by connecting regularly through support groups (Circle of Hope), fun outings, and on-line activities and discussions on our patient and family support site (www.ynottconnect.com). Here, they will have the opportunity to share experiences and discuss the many relevant issues and concerns they’re faced with.
YNOTTYOU? DISEASE PREVENTION & AWARENESS
Our foundation provides professional speakers that educate and inspire audiences on a wide array of topics, such as the “key ingredients to overcoming obstacles and adversity”. We also host various types of awareness events to promote organ & tissue donation, disease prevention, and wellness in the community.
YOHA Scholarship (YNOTT? OFFER HOPE & ASSISTANCE)
The YNOTT? Foundation is a huge advocate for higher education. YOHA “YNOTT? Offer Hope & Assistance” is a scholarship given annually to transplant patients who have graduated high school and will be pursuing a higher education in the upcoming school year. The program’s objective is to support the educational goals of transplant patients by providing financial assistance to help cover the involved expenses.
